Lyme Regis Powerboat Club Copyright Policy

When Lyme Regis Powerboat Club conducts photo and video coverage of our events, we provide our members with copies for their personal use.

The Club office owns the negatives and members are given the right to use them.

Electronic Use – If scanning images/photos for your PC or sending to friends or other outside source, this also falls into the ‘personal use’ category.  Lyme Regis Powerboat Club members are not permitted to provide or endorse the use of photos for commercial means other than to sell their own boat/equipment.  If the photos are used in dealer or manufacture advertising either in print or any sort of internet website without permission from the Club, this is a copyright violation and is against the law.
